In order to book your wedding or wedding reception at Trinity, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with signed contract. The other 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. 

A cleaning fee of $325 is added to each wedding package. There is also a refundable security deposit for damage or theft. In addition, our weddings are customized to fit the needs of our couples. In certain instances, additional fees may apply. Please consult with our venue manager and see rental contract for specific information. 

Consultations with the Venue Manager are included. If you do not have a wedding planner, our initial consultation will also include a wedding planner from Old City Occasions, who will help you with your wedding vision and provide you with options to add event planning services

Although set-up of tables, chairs, and linens is included with both the Essential and Ultimate packages, decor is the responsibility of the customer through the event planner, Old City Occasions, or family. Decor may not adhere to walls, columns, or ceilings by unapproved attachments such as staples, nails or screws, tape, etc. Our decor vendor has approved devices for hanging, and we have approved ceiling hooks that are available for families who are self decorating. Candles are allowed but must be enclosed. No glitter, confetti, or rice may be used in or around our sanctuary or hall. 

Our vendors were chosen through relationships that we trust to provide exceptional service to our customers. They have all been vetted and have proper insurance and are licensed. Any vendors not on our approved list must fill out a special-request form, pay a refundable security deposit, and, if approved, must also provide proof of business license and certificate of insurance. 

Alcohol may be served, but must be served by a licensed bartending company that is fully licensed and insured. You also must hire a security officer (through Trinity) for the evening if you choose to serve alcohol.
